Children from all families in the county are invited to participate in the fun-filled event.All participants are encouraged to dress in Halloween costumes. "Trick or Treaters" who participate go from door-to-door at all Taylorsville businesses to visit merchants. And, of course, merchants are generous in their Halloween greetings with the young people.Families are invited to participate as a group. An adult should accompany participating children.
